    Book your appointment

    Click the book online button and you will then be redirected to Patient ally to book your appointment and start a new patient portal.

    Fill in Your Payment Information

    Through Patient ally, you will be able to select your payment method and upload your CIGNA, United Healthcare or cash payment details. Self-pay clients will be required to pay for their visits before services are rendered.

    Complete mental health questionnaire

    Complete the online mental health intake questionnaire, and medical history forms in Patient ally. Please Note: You must complete these forms before your Initial Psych Evaluation.

    Book with The Provider

    Once we have your personal, medical, and insurance information you will be contacted immediately to book your first appointment with our provider.

    Get Proper Help

    After your Initial Psych Evaluation, you will be equipped with a proper and accurate diagnosis and fast prescriptions to your local pharmacy. Psychotherapy is also provided if necessary.
